Job Description
The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting a productive restaurant, ensuring Guest satisfaction, food quality, and team member efficiency. They will manage Team Members, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and follow company policies. They are accountable for the C.O.R.E. 10 and support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in holding Team Members accountable.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- Some restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Math skills and ability to perform financial paperwork
