Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing a productive restaurant, ensuring Guest satisfaction, food quality, and team member efficiency. This role involves managing front and back-of-house staff, cleaning duties, maintaining food standards, performing financial paperwork, and collaborating with various management levels. The Shift Leader will also be responsible for contributing to operational improvements and upholding company policies.
