Job Description
The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting a productive and profitable restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, team member efficiency, and safety. This role involves maintaining restaurant cleanliness, managing food preparation and cleaning, and fostering a positive work environment. The Shift Leader will collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain team accountability.
Requirements
- Interacts with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness and food quality standards.
- Supervises Team Members to appropriate positions.
- Performs production staff duties including cleaning, stock, and food preparation.
- Assists in completing operational paperwork.
- Proficient in computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft Word).
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
