Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead the Kubernetes engineering team, which holds ownership of Kubernetes native protection and Kubevirt-based VM protection.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in engineering
• 2+ years of managing software engineering teams
• Demonstrates growth mindset with an intrinsic technical curiosity.
• Strong track record of delivering large scale, resilient distributed systems and services.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in distributed systems and databases.
• Managing teams in dynamic, fast-paced startup-like environments
• Experience cultivating strong, high quality engineering practices and processes
• Experience working with product manager and customers
• Experience in Kubernetes and data protection is a plus.
