Job Description
The Commercial Insurance Department Manager is responsible for leading the Commercial Insurance Team in sales and service of commercial insurance policies, providing technical expertise, and building strong internal and external client relationships.
Requirements
- Valid Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses
- 7 or more years of experience in commercial insurance account management
- 3 or more years of experience as a people manager
- Advanced knowledge of agency management system functionality, workflow procedures, underwriting, and sales and service processes
