Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (or equivalent in partnerships/business development) with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently and close net-new business through outbound prospecting
- Proven success in a field-based or territory role with a strong emphasis on in-person selling
- Strong consultative sales skills, including effective discovery, value-based selling, objection management, and disciplined closing
- High level of CRM rigor, accurate forecasting, and proficiency with modern sales tools
- Experience engaging and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and administrative teams
- Willingness and ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week, managing a territory within approximately a 2.5-hour travel radius
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
