Requirements
- 3+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales / business development (healthcare preferred) with a track record of strong attainment
- 2+ years self-sourcing a meaningful portion of pipeline through outbound channels (including cold calling)
- Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle deals independently with strong discovery, objection handling, and closing discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging both providers and practice staff
- Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Currently residing in the Chicago area
- Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week within your designated geography and manage in-person selling within a 2.5-hour radius of your metro
