The role requires proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience searching and using the internet. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in call centers, automotive, logistics, or transportation is a plus.
Requirements
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
- Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages
- Promptly respond to customer questions via email or website
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues
- Help resolve shipping issues with professionalism
- Assist users with uploading pictures or completing orders in the system
- Document important customer information for future reference
- Collect and record customer feedback and information and share with departments and team members
- Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers with salespeople
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate
