Job Description
Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Assistant Field Manager for Landscape Maintenance. This role involves assisting the Field Manager in managing labor and material for assigned maintenance and snow removal projects, alongside training new field managers. Success is measured by contracts being renewed, budget adherence, and low turnover of field assistants and crewmembers. The position requires strong collaboration with landscape management and enhancement field managers.
