Job Description
Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Assistant Field Manager for Landscape Maintenance to assist the Field Manager in managing labor and material for assigned contracts. This role requires a strong grasp of company philosophies, people development, and budget management. The ideal candidate will work with other field managers to ensure goals are met and the team's success. Responsibilities include supervising production, monitoring work quality, and ensuring vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Develop a clear understanding of the company's goals, philosophy, and financial position.
- Demonstrate skills in managing people at multiple levels.
- Have two or four years of horticultural or related experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to identify and diagnose insect and disease problems.
