Job Description
The Assistant Field Manager is responsible for assisting the Field Manager in managing labor and material for contract maintenance and snow removal projects. This role involves training new field managers, improving quality control, and developing the team. The position requires a strong understanding of business operations, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and effective communication with both customers and coworkers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill and ability to manage others at other levels.
- At least one year of experience doing contract maintenance work in a commercial setting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
