Construction Project Manager

RUSH Construction, Inc. is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee and direct large construction projects from conception to completion, directing site staff and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
• 5+ years large commercial ground up construction project management experience
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods, building products, relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with construction management software. MS Projects, MS office, PROCORE are required
• Strong communication, leadership, crisis management, conflict resolution and human resources management skills
