Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in IT Support, Helpdesk, or similar role
• Experience with O365 and ITIL practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and sound judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, MCITP, or similar) are a plus
