People Generalist

The People Generalist manages employee relations, provides HR insights and reporting, and supports People Partners and business leaders across the organization. This role proactively identifies opportunities related to employee and leadership development, engagement, attrition, and headcount management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• SHRM or PHR Certification, preferred
• 3+ years experience in Human Resources, or related field
