Superintendent

The Superintendent is the primary day-to-day liaison for the Project Manager, ensuring consistent and accurate updates, and mitigating potential risks. They lead subcontractors, coordinate construction activity, and ensure project delivery within schedule and financial goals.

• Proactive problem-solving that drives resolutions that mitigate/eliminate the root cause
