Job Description
Join our Global Finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, performing various responsibilities such as processing pay runs, vendor setup, and invoice processing, while maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires a detail-oriented and adaptable individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or college courses and investment industry experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office Suite skill set
- Proficiency in technologies such as Concur Invoice and Expense, OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Zoom
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced priority-driven environment
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail; meticulous attention to quality of work product
- Ability to work independently with little supervision on projects
