Production Scheduler

Production Scheduler will prepare batch cards, release pick lists, sequence batches, and communicate daily and weekly schedules to plant and corporate personnel.

Requirements

• Prepare batch cards and production paperwork
• Release pick lists
• Sequence batches through production
• Compare scheduled production order totals
• Identify and resolve conflicts for production equipment and labor
• Communicate daily and weekly schedule and progress to plant and corporate personnel
• Prepare reports on capacity, utilization, load, and schedules
• Act on requested schedule changes
• Bring together departments to review first time production and critical changes
• Evaluate chemical equipment and processes
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Learn all manual tasks performed within the department
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Adhere to company Quality principles
• Participate in departmental and company-wide Quality activities
• Treat people with dignity and respect
