Job Description
As a Live Experience Manager, you'll lead the delivery of world-class live entertainment experiences at a partner venue, ensuring excellence in guest engagement, show quality, and team performance. You'll collaborate with the Director of Operations on site and uphold brand standards for RWS Global and the client.
Requirements
- Operational leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and delivering consistent performance in guest-facing environments.
- Minimum of five years' experience in entertainment management, live operations, or theatre operations, ideally within a theme park or large-scale visitor attraction environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre Management, Performing Arts, Technical Production, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both English & German.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
