Role Overview

An Analyst, Transportation is responsible for daily monitoring, tracking, and analyzing shipments and routes assigned to each of the carriers. Make time analysis, KPIs management, BI's reporting directly to the customer and the internal team.

What You Will Do

Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries. Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule. Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address the needs of the operation.
