Senior Analyst, Transportation

Role Overview

A Senior Analyst, Transportation is responsible for daily monitoring, tracking, and analysis of shipments and assigned routes for each maritime transportation provider. They perform time analysis, KPI management, BI reports directly to the client and internal team.

What You Will Do

Scheduling and tracking MARITIME and LAND pickups and deliveries, notifying clients of any deviations from the execution program, answering calls and emails from drivers and clients, and attending to the needs of the operation.
