
Job description
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll identify, pitch, and close new customers within the freight brokerage space, targeting high-volume, strategic accounts and managing the full sales cycle.
Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities, cold call, network, and prospect to build a strong pipeline, create tailored freight solutions, negotiate rates, close deals, and oversee customer onboarding.
You'll need a minimum of 2 years of freight brokerage customer sales experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. A proven track record in outbound, hunter-style sales and a high-energy, goal-driven mindset with a passion for results are also desirable.
