Engineering Manager

We are establishing a new development centre in Dublin to bring together world-class engineering talent and transform healthcare technology.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in technical leadership or engineering management
• Strong technical proficiency with ability to contribute hands-on
• Distributed systems, high-performance data processing, or large-scale platform engineering experience
• Familiarity with in-memory data grid technologies
• Proficiency with Java,.NET/C#, and Python
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and containerized environments
• Background in healthcare, PBM, or other regulated industries
• Prior experience helping establish or scale a new engineering team or development centre
