Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing, cross-functional squads in fast-paced, agile environments
• Proven experience in scaling systems and teams, with a strong understanding of system design, architecture, and performance bottlenecks
• Track record of hiring and developing engineers across multiple levels and disciplines — from junior to senior, backend to frontend
