Job Description
Rycon Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Atlanta office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multiple retail commercial projects up to $5 million and excellent communication skills. The role will involve managing multiple projects, writing subcontracts, and developing and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Project.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) + years' experience in managing multiple retail commercial projects up to $5 million
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status
- Computer Skills Required – Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to create material take-off's
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Marketing and presentation skills
- Highly organized, highly motivated and a detail-directed problem solver
