Job Description
The Manager Sales will receive oversight from a Senior Vice President of Sales and day-to-day supervision from the local DOS. A tailored, individual training and development plan will be put in place for the Sales Manager to accelerate his/her readiness to interview for future DOS openings.
Requirements
- Direct, manage and develop a multi-level sales force
- Plan, organize, direct and provide leadership to achieve the short and long term business growth and retention objectives
- Ensure the delivery of Ryder’s value proposition to customers and prospects
