Job Description
As an Operations Management Trainee at Ryder, you'll support shop management, cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally and acquire industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your operations & fleet maintenance background. Requirements
- Responsible for customer relationship activities
- Coordinate with rental department for maximum utilization
- Partner with Sales staff for new business and increased customer satisfaction
- Manage running costs and maintenance overheads
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up
- Oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility
