Job Description
Rystad Energy is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their EMEA Commercial team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer success, account management, and/or business analysis, specifically within the Energy sector. They will be responsible for fostering lasting client relationships, developing and executing product-driven client retention and growth strategies, and helping clients realize the full value of Rystad Energy’s databases and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in relevant Energy sectors
- Proven experience working with market intelligence and database products
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong focus on collaboration and teamwork across functions and regions
- Ability to work independently at times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
