EMEA Financial Controller Oslo

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Financial Controller to join our Oslo-based Group Finance function. This is a broad controller role with full end-to-end ownership, at the heart of Rystad Energy's international finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• 3-7 years of accounting experience in a controller, audit, or similar role
• Familiarity with IFRS is an advantage
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of an accounting function
• Hands-on experience with accounting and consolidation systems
• Comfortable working with AI tools and technology
• Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously with a high degree of responsibility
• Experience working in a multi-entity or international environment is an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Norwegian is an advantage
