Requirements
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree/diploma in yMechanical Engineering or related field.
- Enrolled and eligible for a 4 month Co-op work term starting in the Fall of 2026.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment considered an asset.
- Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to use caliper, micrometer, go no-go gauges, etc.
- Excellent mechanical/mathematical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement manufacturing principles considered an asset.
