Lean Manufacturing Support - Day Shift (Co-op)

Join S&C Electric Canada as a Lean Manufacturing Assistant - Day Shift (Co-op) to work on continuous improvement initiatives, conduct time studies, and analyze current processes and procedures to find opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for supporting 5S Blitzes, Kaizen activities, and other administrative tasks. As a co-op student, you will work on meaningful projects that support our operations and give you hands-on experience in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Requirements

• Conduct time studies
• Analyze current processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
• Understand and help with the standard work method development
• Support in the 5S blitzes and prepare documents
• Support in the Kaizen activities and standard work
• Contribute to the culture of Continuous Improvement
• Support identifying wastes and implementing process improvements
• Implement improvement actions by supporting the change in the teams
• Other duties as assigned
