Requirements
- Project Execution: Lead manufacturing engineering projects from design through implementation
- Process Optimization: Design and document manufacturing processes, standards, and tooling
- Tooling & Automation Expertise: Develop and implement specialized tools and machines for fabrication and assembly
- Equipment Management: Manage equipment upgrades and replacements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive interdepartmental collaboration to align engineering efforts with production, maintenance, product engineering, and quality objectives
- Team Development: Coach and mentor junior engineers
- Problem Solving: Lead practical problem-solving efforts to address safety, quality, and efficiency issues
- Compliance: Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules
