Staff Engineer (Advanced Manufacturing)

As a Senior Engineer - Advanced Manufacturing, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. You'll be responsible for advancing production processes to meet strategic initiatives across the company, driving design and implementation of manufacturing systems with a focus on new technology and innovation in alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing processes within a high-volume, high-mix or semi automated manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in manufacturing engineering strategies and tools with extensive knowledge in value stream mapping, lean six sigma, DFMA, and manufacturing systems design.
• Proven record of leading projects with challenging scope, schedule and cost targets from concept through validation and sustainment.
• Adept business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex systems to identify high impact opportunities, guide informed decisions, solve challenging issues, and leverage data and learnings to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent organization and communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation); able to interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to support staff, and present compellingly to achieve buy-in from executives, managers, and team members.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships built on mutual trust and respect, navigate and resolve conflict, moderate behaviors, and foster collaborative working relationships amongst a diverse audience.
• Ability to travel as required.
