Requirements
- Experience working in employability, welfare-to-work, careers guidance, or employment support
- Strong understanding of barriers to employment and how to overcome them
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and work towards outcomes and targets
- Supportive, empathetic, and motivational approach
- Strong organisational and IT skills
