Job Description
Head of Apprenticeships & Development role at a well-established provider of apprenticeships, employability, and vocational training. High-impact opportunity to shape and scale apprenticeship programmes at a national level, driving performance, innovation, and real learner outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within apprenticeships or vocational education
- In-depth knowledge of ESFA funding rules, apprenticeship standards, and Ofsted inspection frameworks
- A proven track record of growing and improving apprenticeship provision
- Strong commercial awareness with experience in driving apprenticeship starts and revenue growth
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with employers and funding bodies
- Experience leading teams across apprenticeship delivery, quality, and compliance
- A data-driven approach to apprenticeship performance and quality improvement
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
