Associate Director, Financial Services

The Associate Director, Financial Services role is a leadership position within the Financial Services team at S&P Global Ratings. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the credit ratings process, managing a portfolio of bank credits, conducting research and analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Research (Credit or Equity), Banking, Risk Management, or Underwriting
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills with excellent communication abilities
• Proven research capabilities with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting concepts
• Solid understanding of fixed income/debt capital markets
• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while multitasking and handling multiple assignments
