We are seeking an Associate Director, IT Program Manager to lead and manage multiple technology projects from initiation through completion. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional or cross-organizational programs/projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and/or SAFE frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ADO, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Experience with risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving teams toward successful project outcomes.
- Ability to influence and negotiate across teams and leadership levels.
