The Associate Director, Sales & Relationship Management is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of issuer clients, strengthening client relationships, executing commercial operations, and supporting the adoption of new tools and data-driven approaches. This role involves working with CFOs, Treasurers, and other capital markets executives to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or client service within a financial services environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and credit fundamentals
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability to quickly absorb new products, services, and use cases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information and build client credibility
