This role serves as a Global People Partner to the Market Intelligence (MI) Revenue organization, supporting senior Revenue leaders. The role partners closely with RLT and cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness, performance rigor, leadership capability, and talent outcomes across the Revenue organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR / People Partner experience
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to partner credibly with senior commercial leaders
- Demonstrated experience in organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent planning, and leading change in complex environments
- Experience partnering across global regions
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate a highly matrixed, global organization
- Comfort operating with ambiguity; pragmatic, outcomes-focused, and able to translate strategy into execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and advise senior leaders with confidence and clarity
