Job Description
The Head of Private Markets Relationship Management, Ratings is a pivotal leadership position responsible for elevating the Private Markets Commercial team to achieve strategic objectives within the sector. The role requires a seasoned professional with consultative sales skills within Private Credit, Fund Finance and Financial Sponsors, along with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing relationship management teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of extensive experience in consultative sales
- Deep understanding of client needs and strategic solutions in Debt Capital Markets working in Private Markets
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing relationship management teams and driving significant revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas
