Job Description
We're seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to support and expand our cloud infrastructure, monitoring and alerting frameworks, onboarding/migration projects, and interact with the wider DevOps, QA, and development teams. The ideal candidate will have proven DevOps experience, development and operational skills, and the ability to deliver secure and structured automated solutions to operational tasks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant DevOps and Software Engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications
- Proven experience working with AWS cloud technologies, GitHub, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiar with Database and Database query ( Document-Oriented Data Bases experience preferred but not mandatory, good experience on scripting or coding would be a plus)
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions/logging solutions such as PagerDuty/Splunk and other industry-standard tools
- Lunix and networking knowledge
- Good understanding of AWS network configurations such as Routing, DNS, Load Balancing, IAM, security group
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying, resolving issues and raising improvement opportunities
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including experience speaking to technical and business audiences
- Be able to work independently, or drive a group of people, to work on improvement projects
