Job Description
The Manager, Payroll Operations (India) is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of India payroll within S&P Globalâs globally integrated payroll operating model.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 8â12 years of progressive India payroll experience, with strong handsâon operational ownership.
- Deep working knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience working in a global payroll or shared services environment with integrated systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting.
