The Product Operations Associate Director for API & Warehouse Integration will design and implement customized file configurations, provide technical troubleshooting, and deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes. The role will also lead client migration projects and champion process optimization and automation.

• Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs
• Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for API integrations
• Deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes, and data sharing into warehouse solutions
• Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform
• Champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency
• Manage monthly KPI reporting, generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements
• Identify and specify application issues, collaborating with Product & Development teams for improvements
• Engage proactively with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Facilitate the Agile process for prioritization, coordination, and planning within the team
