Senior Account Manager

S&P Global’s Market Intelligence division is searching for an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Beijing or Shenzhen. The Account Manager will manage existing client relationships in Mainland China, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and upsell new products.

Requirements

• Contribute to Revenue growth through retention, price increases and Identifying potential new sales opportunities
• Maintaining strong relationships with client organizations
• Form strategic account plan and execute with clear objectives and action plans
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and structured manner
• Strong ability to carry out a sales client meeting, including ability to diagnose, design and deliver solutions for our clients in a persuasive manner with strong presentation skills
• Addressing product related questions from clients by seeking solutions across appropriate internal groups
• Collaborating effectively across teams as well as creating an atmosphere of trust and open communication
