Specialist, Client Financial Relations, Global Order to Cash responsible for billing, A/R, and customer service for Ratings and Investment Services business units, with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance
- Excellent verbal and written Japanese and English communication
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel a plus
- Collections, Customer Service, or Billing experience a plus
