Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
• Strong proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within global, cross-regional teams
• Strong organizational skills and industry knowledge
