Requirements
- 1 year in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, Market Research, Talent Internships or equivalent
- Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills to work with global counterparts
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong ownership
- Positive, curious and research-driven
- Quick learner, a problem solver, adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Resourceful and comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Resilient and motivated, able to manage high-volume pipelines and stay focused under pressure.
