Job Description
S-PRO is an international Digital Innovation & Software Engineering company headquartered in Zürich. We specialize in serving fast-growing businesses and enterprises across Finance, Energy, Manufacturing, and Healthcare sectors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in a pre-sales role or as a Consultant
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience working with enterprise clients and custom software development projects in industries such as FinTech and AI
- Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro)
- High proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
