FOH - Floor Manager

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee the overall operations of one of its restaurants in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating coaching, counseling, and disciplinary discussions with employees, interviewing and selecting new hires, and managing daily work activities.

Requirements

• Managerial experience in a restaurant setting
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Personal cleanliness
• Food handling, preparation, and cleaning skills
• Food handler's certification
• Ability to communicate and understand direction in English
• Time management and ability to work under pressure
• Active listening and learning skills
• Reading and speaking comprehension skills
• Discipline to follow set standards
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
