FOH - Host Person (Full-Time)

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a FOH - Host Person to welcome and greet guests, ensure their needs are met, and promote teamwork and quality service.

Requirements

• Greet guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other co-workers and managers
• Answer phones and provide guests with requested information and arrange bookings
• Routinely clear and reset tables and assist with opening tasks
• Handle guest complaints and special requests
• Receive coats, umbrellas, briefcases, or bags from guests and issue items to guests based on ticket with a number
