In-house Counsel

We are seeking an experienced In-house Counsel to support Saab's expansion in Poland, responsible for managing legal matters and providing strategic legal advice and support to the business.

Requirements

• Support the company in tender procedures and contract negotiations
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts
• Work on complex international projects and agreements
• Support the company ́s growth by providing proactive legal advice
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with projects and international cooperation
• Monitor legal developments relevant to the defence industry and advise management accordingly
• Provide continuous legal oversight of contracts with customers, suppliers, service providers and business partners
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations
• Enhance efficiency in internal administrative processes, including contract approval workflows, amendments, renewals and terminations
• Provide legal support to enable well-founded business decisions
• Act as a key liaison with Saab Group legal
• Implement and oversee compliance frameworks addressing anti-corruption regulations, ethical standards and internal corporate governance requirements
• Collaborate closely with various business units and functions, including commercial and business teams
